What we collect
When you join a drive: your name, mobile number, the place you live (State, Assembly, Booth) and the other details the drive's form asks for, such as your date of birth or photo.
How we use it
To check your entry, make you a member with a membership number and ID card, and let the drive's team in your area contact you.
Who sees it
Only the people who run the drive and its team in your area. Mobile numbers are shown partly hidden; showing one in full is recorded. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as you are a member, or until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or remove your details. Contact the drive's team or the office shown on the drive's page.
